I wanted to try something quick yet different. Fancy some smoked fish pastry? May sound a bit strange but I guarantee you will love it.
All it takes is 10 minutes preparation and 25 – 30 minutes baking time. The good thing is you can prepare the pastries and freeze it and bake it whenever. To moisture I brush the pastries with a bit of milk (or you could use egg) before putting into the oven at 225 degrees C.
I took the step by step pictures but forgotten to take any pictures of the baked pastries. They went too fast into our tummies.
These make good entrees or afternoon high tea.
