Stranger, Acquaintance or Friend

A stranger is an alien, someone unknown to you.

A stranger is a kind of intruder, trespasser, foreigner and outsider.

A stranger is a friend you have not yet meet.

It takes a long time for strangers to be acquainted

particularly when they are from the same family.

personal knowledge about someone or something.

Acquaintance is about familiarity, conversance or conversancy.

Acquaintance is a person on the street with whom you are acquainted.

Acquaintance is a relationship less intimate than friendship.

If you can’t tell someone how you feel, be it feelings of hurt, anger or love, 

they will be nothing more than mere acquaintances.
